Namaste & Welcome We are a community based yoga studio owned and operated by Dennis Dean, located in beautiful Cardiff by the Sea California. We are devoted to serving the local community and the world at large by assisting adults and adolescents in their search to cope with stress, be drug free, and enjoy healthier lives through learning how to meditate and practice yoga in a safe, non-competitive environment. We specialize in are signature styles Fusion Flow and Fire Up Flow with private yoga instructions given regularly by Dennis Dean. As well as Restorative/Therapeutic Yoga, Prenatal/Postpartum Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga  with a strong presence of Anusara and Iyengar practitioners.
