The Yoga Mandiram™ (YM) is owned and operated by Dennis Dean, yoga educator with over 30 years of experience in the field of spirituality, yoga, health and wellness. The Yoga Mandiram is Dennis Dean’s flagship Yoga Shala located in the heart of Cardiff by the Sea California. The Yoga Mandiram is the fourth Yoga Shala (studio) that Dennis has built and the third that he has owed.

The Yoga Mandiram, which was established in 2001, is one of the most unique Yoga Shalas on the west coast today. It’s popularity is attributed to a variety of factors. Besides Dennis Dean’s ability to convey the teachings on a variety of levels, he has developed the Fluid Soul System which supports The Yoga Mandiram’s most dynamic classes, endearingly called Fusion Flow and Fearless Diamond.
These classes use a synthesis of a yoga rope wall vinyasa, myofascial release work and a yoga asana vinyasa, all used to enhance the student’s ability to move deeper into their meditation practices of self-awareness. This system has proven to assist thousands of students in obtaining and maintaining optimal health and longevity.
