Please note: We have classes on all new and full moon days. "The class schedule does not change". What we teach in that class will change...If it is a Ashtanga class we will simply teach an improvisational ( a class geared towards the over all ability of the students) class during that time. The morning Mysore class' are open for students as well...but with no assistance on new or full moons.
