Fire Up Flow
An exhilarating layering of postures into the flow that systematically enlivens your already steady practice. Using ancient and innovative postures and flows to playfully explore and expand into your ultimate potential.
Fusion Flow
A flow class designed for all levels circuiting through all of the unique qualities Yoga Mandiram has to offer such as: rope wall postures & flow, myofacial release techniques, active and inactive restorative postures, pranayama (breathing) and little meditation. Integrating all of these methods to empower you.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
The system of Yoga taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, South India. This method of Yoga involves synchronizing the breath with progressive series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

Restore the Core | Restorative Yoga
A perfect way to end the week; using both active and inactive restorative postures sequenced to relieve stress and open your body. This is a great class for any level. I also teach a similar class on Tuesday nights at 6:00 and Saturday at 10:00 am. Its called the Fusion Flow and its a little stronger than the restorative class.
Energetic & Gentle Flow | Jen Waters
Energetic Flow: A challenging practice aimed at the cultivation of a deep creative and devotional feeling inside as we explore together an energizing series of postures with an emphasis on strength and flexibility. The heart of the practice is the use of movements linked with breath and alignments cues, intended to safely lead you towards feeling satisfied and revitalized.
Gentle Flow: Creatively designed for all levels, this gentle moving mediation practice linking breath and movement safely guides you to a feeling restoration and renewal.
Prenatal Yoga | Kelle Rock
Prenatal Yoga: Kelle teaches from a place of compassion and intuition, experience and adaptability. Her style is engaging yet meditative, strengthening with flexibility, incorporating postures, breath, and sound for a potent and empowering experience. Postures support the experience of pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood and the changes a woman’s body and mind will undergo during this very special time. Relaxation and meditation at the close of each session serve to prepare Mothers for childbirth, helping to release the traditional fears and trepidations that childbirth has adopted in our own culture. Kelle understands the physiological relationship between Mother and her baby and seeks to give expectant Mothers the release from the fear and tension, allowing Mother to make the entire experience one that is filled with relaxed expectation and confidence. Kelle offers a comprehensive program for pregnancy, childbirth, and the new mother and baby. Prenatal yoga, labor and delivery for couples, and postpartum for new moms and babies are some of the support services Kelle provides.
