Level 1 Classes: {Beginning}

This is our “Restorative” yoga class. For those students who are new to yoga but are not sure as to where they fit in, this is the perfect class for you. It’s a good idea to learn restorative posturing first and to continue to use this throughout your life. Great for senior citizens, people that are over weight, people that have had major surgeries, scoliosis and arthritis. It is also for athletes and hard working stressed out people. This class is a reduce pain and manage stress class. Who doesn’t need more of that in their life!

Level 1-2 Classes: {Beginning Plus}

For those students who are new to yoga but feel ready to jump right in, we strongly recommend a Level 1-2. Level 1-2 classes are designed to help you learn and connect the beginning yoga poses in sequence and master the breathing techniques. You may also learn the basic uses of the Rope Wall and Myofascial Release Techniques. Once you have gained confidence and comfort in these basic elements, you can move on to more challenging levels.

Level 2 Classes: {Intermediate}

Level 2 classes are designed to take you to the intermediate level where you will expand on your strength, stamina and flexibility as you master more advanced postures (inversions and backbends) and more demanding sequences. Level 2 classes will help you take your practice to a whole new level.

Level 2-3 Classes: {Intermediate Plus}

Level 2-3 classes presume students are familiar with intermediate yoga postures (including inversions and backbends). In these classes you will use your knowledge of postures and breathing to practice exciting, physically demanding, and challenging sequences and variations. The pace of these classes is faster, you will go deeper, and your teacher will help you achieve breakthroughs in your practice and your self-awareness. We recommend you have a year of solid yoga under your mat before you join 2-3 classes. Expect to be transformed.

Level 3 Classes: {Advanced}

Level 3 classes understands you have been practicing regularly for 3-4 years and have a profound understanding of your abilities.
