The Fearless Diamond practice is a dynamic extension of Yoga Mandiram’s Fusion Flow class. Based on the unparalleled, proven method of balancing the body/mind within our Fusion Flow class, Fearless Diamond is a synthesis of deeper meditations and pranayamas woven into an asana sequencing that both supports and elevates the spiritual athlete’s endeavors.

2. Rope Wall Release
3. Mandiram Myofascial Release sequence.
4. A Foundational Yoga posture sequence.
5. Deep Rest-Restorative Postures.
