The Fire Up Flow Classes ~ Video's coming very soon!
The Fire Up Flow can be experienced several times during the week. (please check the schedule)
It is also taught at 3 different time lengths, 1 hour, 1.5 hours and almost 2 hours.
All of the classes are comfortably heated and we always have alternate postures that can be practiced as well as the use of yoga props to support you.
In the beginning of the class we use a series of postures design to build strength, balance, flexibility and endurance. Towards the end of the class we use a variety of yoga restorative postures for a deep rest. These postures are design to your particular needs including if needed the use of the Yoga Rope Wall. We also we be practicing breathing (pranayama) and a short Meditation.
